What a journey it has been since recently dreading my hair.
The first thing I would say prior to starting a deadlock journey is do your homework.
I personally started researching months prior to dreading my hair and am absolutely loving the process. My deadlocks are NOT natural, they were formed through the twist and rip method in a nights work. I did this process alone by myself..... "lots of work" the deadlocks will take some time to lock and form properly, this is a process that takes time. You will need patience....
I am recording my journey as there is a lot of trial and error that takes place, and I wanted to capture all of this in order to help others.
