By making small changes each and every week,  you are creating stepping stones to a healthier, happier you!  Believe me, I did and could not be happier.......  I remember sitting behind a desk collecting dust as the day went on whilst my butt expanded along with my stomach.  You see my work environment allowed for me to indulge in biscuits and all left over lunches from events.  In 1 year I Managed to gain a huge 22 Kilo's......
