Dreams are Meant to Be Lived - What is your Dream?

Today is all about sharing in a little inspiration of your DREAMS!

Ones journey alone is lead through mesmerising scenarios and mine has been one that I am so proud of! In life we are forced to face difficulties, overcoming family tragedies, pulling through a well of sorrow and torment, losing all self-esteem and confidence, tripping over our losses and forgetting about our wins. On the upside we build and learn from these paths, we learn to trust and find ourselves through implementing Success Strategies in order to regain our inner strength and live life on our own terms.
"Some of the greater things in life are unseen; that's why you close your eyes when you kiss, cry, or dream"
We all have a choice in life to accept our position or change it. If you choose to plug along in life hoping that something will change for the better, you will not get very far. Always remember that when it comes to changing your circumstances, you can – you have that power. If your circumstances lower the chances of success, you need to change them.
BFE Whispering thoughts
True unto one be left alone
Time to think and ponder
Visions of life love and home
Sorrow in past now not wonder
Heavens above now open up
To hearts of strength and laughter
Eyes wide shut to see within
Clear vision ever after
See the light within one self
To make your path, make change
Steer away from troubled times
Bring real, life re-arrange
Nothing hinders the strength within
The self you love and live
Thank the world for all lost times
To now pass onto those and give
Create oneself of happiness
Taking one step at a time
Never leave a stone UN-turned
Opening up your vision blind
People come and people go
This we see as life goes by
Create success in your own life
No more tears no more sigh
Surround yourself with uplifting spirits
To help you on your way
Give to those the lessons learned
Your guidance come what may

Super Charged to Ignite that flame of Desire within

Motivation is word we could all use a little more of! Today we will talk about getting super charged in your everyday life to ignite the flame and desire within.

"Repetition of the same thought or physical action develops into a habit which, repeated frequently enough, becomes an automatic reflex". Norman Vincent Peal

Wow how did I not see that every step, every breath and every moment is a choice made by ME!

Only I can ignite the flame within!

Day by day for the past 5 years, I have walked a path that I thought had never changed.
You see; the time I get to spend to myself each and every day is on an hour walk.

This is where I spend a little time focusing on my goals and future - whether that be listening to some training calls, Personal Development Lectures or study material.

My growth both personally and professionally has been beyond belief, but that is another story to come soon.

On my walk today I realised that this path can be taken many different ways, all I need to do is make small changes and implement them.   Whilst I was walking I realised that the dirt road I walk everyday changes all the time due to the weather.  You see I walk rain, hail or shine which is a commitment I have made for years now.  Today on my travels I realised that I was walking in between the car tracks, smooth and level.

The Road most traveled ended up making me realise how I can make certain changes on my walk which can affect my my Personal and Business life.  When I stepped outside the smooth, level tracks, I had to pay close attention to where I was walking because not only were there large pot holes and huge rocks, there were a couple of snakes in the 40 degree heat.

This reminded me that the hurdles within my life & business are very similar, I had become stagnant and complacent not really moving forward but instead focusing on the fluff.

Similarities I was able to detect:

The Rocks - Are the Shiny things that detract me from focusing?
The Pots holes - Is my mindset, choices and decisions I make – attempting to not drown in confusion.
Snakes – Are my dreams that will never die, knowing I will never give up and do what it takes to move forward.

I now look at the path most traveled every day in a different light.

I have ignited the flame within along the road most traveled!

BOOT the low Self-ESTEEM - The Symptoms and 5 ways to make change today!

Today we are going to be talking about Low Self-Esteem and the symptoms.  5 Ways in which to make Changes.

"HAVE A STRONG MIND AND A STRONG HEART" Anthony J.D'Angelo

People with low self-esteem appear uncomfortable with success. They tend to believe that they don’t deserve success, and they have no clue as to how to savor success. At the same time, they do not hesitate to blame themselves if things go wrong. They take pleasure in telling the world that they knew things would go wrong. This is an important symptom of low self-esteem, and needs to be treated at the earliest.

People with low self-esteem rarely live their life to the fullest. They distance themselves from others, and feel as though they are denied their love and support. They rarely, if ever, make full use of their abilities. Instead, they end up worrying about the injustices of life.

People suffering from low self-esteem also have the habit of putting themselves down. They repeatedly tell themselves that they are not good enough and that they are bound to fail. Over a period of time this negative self-talk turns into a negative self-belief. More than that, they try and implant these seeds of negativity in people around them. They also gravitate towards people who suffer from similar problems. The end result is that they feed on each other’s negativity, and become much poorer individuals than they initially were. (not good).

A high level of dissatisfaction is another indicator of low self-esteem. There are people who spend all their time complaining. They neither see a positive thing in others nor in themselves. This cynicism eats away their self-belief, and erodes their self-confidence. In contrast, people who value their abilities enjoy high self-esteem and attract positive people.

Also, people with low self-esteem spend most of their time fixated about the past and worrying about the future. They don’t spend enough time living in the present. As a result, they don’t enjoy the present, even though it may be full of success. The net result is that they prevent themselves from enjoying life, and make themselves unhappy. It finally becomes a vicious cycle that feeds upon itself, and prevents them from breaking out of their negative mold.

Such people are rarely relaxed and at ease. They keep looking for different jobs and lines of work. The reason why they are always looking for something else to do is that they are lack self-confidence. They drift from one crisis to another, and blame fate for their woes.

People with low self-esteem also have problems getting close to others. They are not comfortable with intimacy and create barriers to prevent people from coming close to them. They don’t like to open up to people and to reveal their innermost thoughts. They may be nursing some old bad experience with someone who caused them a lot of pain or who let them down when they were most vulnerable. By forcing themselves to live in a world of self-denial they are doing a great damage to themselves. They fail to benefit from the company of others, and keep entrenching themselves deeper and deeper into their negative world.

So now it is time to FIGHT for your Self-Esteem and become the proud individual you dare to be.

1. Step away from the herd (society telling you what to do), stop listening to what others are saying and start to make decisions for yourself.

2. Understand what is you want in life, find your compass heading (find your direction by unraveling some truths)

3. Commit to your Fight for change.  Tell yourself you are worth it and this is happening for no-one but YOU!

4. Get Clear and start setting goals.  What is it that you love and what is it that you do not like? Journal your thoughts.

5. Don't be afraid to ask for help!
